 What do you expect to pay for beachfront property?
With real estate values rising on the oceanfront, we thought it would be interesting to find out what you would consider a fair price for these highly coveted locations.
We are interested in your opinion!Let us know what you are thinking by taking this survey on our site.
What would you pay for an oceanfront home? Would you spend the same amount for a home on the bayfront? How about somewhere a couple of blocks away from the water?

We have the actual real statistics compiled on the sales analysis page, we also are polling the community to get their opinion.
See the Market Analysis for actual property values calculated from the coastal MLSs over time.
This poll is for the community's opinion of what they would consider a fair price. A bit of fun in the sun. |

While probably not statistically meaningful, it is something fun to do. Seeing what public perception is for values, can provide some useful information for how you tailor your marketing effort to address what concerns prospective buyers may have in buying real estate. |
